AFP-SC Applauds State Legislature’s Conference Committee for Moving H. 3021 Forward
COLUMBIA, SC – Today, the South Carolina Legislature’s conference committee came to an agreement on the Small Business Regulatory Freedom Act (H. 3021). Americans for Prosperity-South Carolina (AFP-SC) has been a strong champion of this bill and held a press conference in January with small business owners to encourage legislators to get this bill passed this session.
AFP-SC State Director Matt Humm released the following statement:
“We applaud the conference committee for producing a positive committee report on H. 3021, the Small Business Regulatory Freedom Act. This legislation will benefit South Carolinians who run or are considering running small businesses in the state. Today is a positive step forward, and we urge the full South Carolina legislature to quickly pass H. 3021.”
