This isn’t about cutting for the sake of cutting. It’s about building a leaner, smarter government that delivers real results. When we rein in spending, we create space to invest in priorities that actually serve the people: national security, veterans, infrastructure, and economic growth.

Government agencies increasingly invade our daily lives, telling us everything from what cars and ovens we are allowed to own, what types of food we can purchase, and how everyday Americans are allowed to do their jobs. It is time for Congress to remind these agencies that their jobs are to enforce the law, not write it.
